This venue offers 3 different Banquet Facilities. Also listed on the National Registry of Historic Buildings. This land mark corner building stands tall and proud amid its smaller neighbors. A great place to tie the knot or have your graduation, or formal event. Cater By Design delivers exceptional meals for our clients to this venue.
Rose Ballroom for up to 300 guests: Two-level banquet hall with an outdoor balcony and terrace.
Carnation Hall for 100 to 250 guests: Single-level hall with lots of light from windows.
Azalea Room for up to 50 guests: For smaller events.

Charming Victorian Mansion
This charming victorian manor is filled with charm and romance at every turn. This private venue is the perfect setting for your special day. Here we can accomodate up to 250 people on each of the two outdoor courtyard areas. One area is generally set up as the ceremony site, the other as the reception area. Pricing is for a 6 hour block, and we only host one event per day. Your family and friends will love the charming atmosphere.

Bay front Celebration
If you're looking for a bay front venue with views of the boats in the harbor for a smaller sized party then this may be the venue for you. You might have thought that having an event on the water would break the bank. You can get cool ocean breezs and see the sun set along with views of multi- million dollar homes.

The White House Event Center
From 100 to 400 guests can have a wedding ceremony and catered meal right after all in one central location. If you have never seen it up close you will be amazed at how much this building looks like the real thing in DC. The building has an outdoor area that is the perfect romantic setting for a wedding ceremony. Then without having to drive anywhere guests can go inside the White House itself and enjoy their catered meal. Located on a 10 acre site and towards the back of the property gives it a great deal of privacy.
